According to The Watchlist from CoStar today 90 Tremont Stret in Boston has hit the skids due to low vacancy and a loan mautrity of May 1st.
Investors can count on seing more opportunities like this as we dive into 2009. Retail, hotel, and office properties in addition to the massive amounts of residential construction projects will continue to struggle and we will see more commercial real estate foreclosures with every passing month.
